Vijay Deverakonda made quite an appearance at an event on the media for his second film alongside Puri Jagannadh. The film is titled JGM (Jana Gana Mana). The film will be released on 3rd August 2023.
Vijay Deverakonda on Tuesday announced the release of a new film, which will be the second time he has collaborated with filmmaker Puri Jagannadh. The film’s title is JGM that stands of Jana Gana Mana.
The film’s creators put on some impressive entertainment in the course of announcing that they were making a war documentary. Vijay wearing military fatigues was escorted by a helicopter to an helipad crowded with people dressed in soldier costumes. Along with writing and directing the film, Puri is also producing the film together with Charmme Kaur as well as Director Vamshi Paidipally.
Vijay also unveiled the official poster of the film, which shows an army of paratroopers as they descend into India and being transformed into a battleground. The Film director Puri Jagannadh said “I am thrilled to announce JGM, our next project. It is a pleasure to work once more with Vijay as well. JGM is a powerful narrative that is the ultimate action film,”.

Vijay is also sure that the film will be a hit with all people across the country. “I am extremely thrilled about JGM It’s an extremely captivating and demanding scripts. The story is unique and will resonate with all Indian. I am honored to be a part Puri’s dream. Looking forward to working alongside Charmme along with her staff. My character on JGM is very refreshing and something I’ve never done before and I’m certain that it will have an impact on the viewers,” he said.
The film’s makers are not yet revealing specifics of film’s crew and cast. But they have confirmed that the film will be released at cinemas on the third of August next year. Vijay and Puri Meanwhile, they are awaiting their debut collaboration Liger that is in post-production. The film is about the story of an Indian MMA fighter taking on foreign fighters with passion for the country’s flag. The film, produced through Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, is expected to be released in cinemas on the 25th of August this year.
